| Native range is NE. Greece, N. & E. Aegean Islands to W. & Central Türkiye. The species would thus be new for Bulgaria (POWO). Flora Europaea gives as distinsuihing character the whorls have 4 or fewer leaves, compared to 6-8 leaves per whorl for C. graeca, which leaves little doubt about the identiy of the plants shown here. |
