Aguamansa
1 January 2017

After a not so exciting New Year's Eve, the first excursion of 2017 went to the pine forest of Aguamansa. Here I hoped to find Aeonium aureum, something that turned out to be not so difficult. The landscape was often magnificent, but as for plants and lichens, the laurel forest is more rewarding. Nonetheless, the Canary pines clad in beard lichens were a very nice sight.
