| In the afternoon, we arranged a visit to Antelope Canyon, but there was plenty of time to visit the Horseshoe bend, a large meander of the Colorado River. Like so many other highlights, this one is immensely popular, so it's pretty crowded and one has to go at some length to not let this have an impact on the photos. The approaching thunderstorm gives the photos a nicely dramatic touch - but in the end we got little more than a few drops of rain. |
